Requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods and must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind, preference, and ordering mistakes are not eligible.

Provide the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Do not return goods without authorization. Approved claims are inspected; refunds return to the original payment method after processing, and bank timing varies. A replacement may be offered when appropriate and available.
